Cant change payment method in app

I see where it says to log in through mobile app, I do that then it says to click the 3 horizontal lines to change payment method. I don't have 3 horizontal lines and nobody can figure this out.

@Melissay0730 I do see your account is upgraded directly through our website.

You won't be able to update this information within the mobile app.

Check out this thread for instructions on how you can update your payment method: Update billing info - Direct Billed
