At this time, your Pandora account is registered as free. I'm not seeing an existing subscription associated with your account. In your case, you would subscribe to the tier of your choice versus updating your payment method.
Upgrading your Pandora Account:
When you go to upgrade directly through Pandora's website, you'll see several subscription options. Each subscription is available on a monthly or annual renewal basis.
To view all of your options and to subscribe, visit our website. Then, select your subscription level and your payment method.

@williamprice It appears like you're currently upgraded directly through Pandora.
If you're accessing from a computer, make sure you're signed into your account and click on the initial icon located in the top right corner to access Settings, then navigate to Subscription.
