I have been charged four times in two days for my subscription. How can I get this resolved? I have tried the chat and they say they are unable to help me. This is fraudulent billing! Do you not have a phone number for someone to call and resolve issues?

So what is a normal time frame. My card has been fraudulently billed 3 times now, I would expect that someone would want to address this quickly. And I would like a refund quickly.
