I have the same issue. You charged me for a subscription BEFORE the free trial ended. According to your chat bot you require cancellation THREE days before a FREE trial ends? Based on the comments that is standard practice for Pandora. That is unacceptable and unethical. You provide no way to contact a human to dispute the charges. Unauthorized charges are called theft.
