I am getting error "Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details." **ahem** there is nothing wrong with my card. What is going on with pandora? Do you now want customers???????????

My credit card payment won't go through and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my card!

Hi, I have the same issue with @dm1, I had a visa Pandora gift card and it had enough money, and I had the information correct, and it also pops up"Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details.", I am really confused

I am having this same issue. After support responded via email, I was instructed to try clearing history and reopen and try again. Still not working. Now I cannot seem to get a response from support. Very frustrating.

Having issues with adding a new card. Tried numerous times, & alternate cards. Cleared cache, alternate
browser, no help. Bot was not helpful. Took 3 CS's to tell me Pandora only take credit oe debit cards
