I would like to pay for my subscription to Pandora.  I don’t understand why you keep writing that my new debit card information is invalid. It’s really annoying.  How do I get you to understand that I have a new debit card number???  Please text me your answer. Thanks What else do you want???

This has been happening for many months. I've tried 2 different bank accounts and I get the same error message every time. Contacted my bank, they said it is 100% a Pandora issue. I've contacted Pandora tech support multiple times, the most recent time I was told to purchase a third-party gift card, and use that to pay for my pandora plan, and that I would need to do that, every month. Pandora: you need to fix this issue. I haven't been provided with an actual solution.

error: Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details.

I've been trying to enter my new credit card and get the above message.  I'm able to update my card info everywhere except Pandora.  So, obviously there isn't an issue with my card.  I've also contacted Pandora Support who deleted my old card info and asked me to resubscribe.  Tried and still get same message.  

Anyone else having this issue?

When i input my card info i get this error message saying, "Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details." So i try paying with paypal and it says,"Something went wrong please try again later"

I tried updating the payment info over 10 times and also tried using different browsers but still showing "Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details."

Need tech support to work on this, just got the new card and activated and also used it with several stores. working well. Please help

I got an email saying account expired. When I went to the website to resubscribe, it is saying my payment is invalid. I checked the card against the account and everything is good. Why don't ya'll want my money. HELP, I miss my music

I do have two things. One, I just got a new card last week and my pandora subscription just expired last night. But when I put my new card numbers down, it is saying it my card is not valid. What do I do?

Ever since I upgraded to the family plan, anytime it goes to renew it decides that my card is not valid. When I go and put in my card information, I always get this message "Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details." But no matter how many times I reenter it, I get the same message. The first time this happened, I had to clear my history, cache, and cookies and was able to do it but this time even that is not working. This is very frustrating does anyone have any suggestions?
