Family Invite continues to say pending after accepting

have sent (and resent) two invites, they have been accepted and signed out and signed back in but yet still pending and they still have commercials...WHY

Sorry for the trouble with the Family Plan invites.

I took a look at your account and can confirm the invites were still showing as pending. To help, I've gone ahead and added those Pandora accounts to your Family Plan. They should now have access to Pandora Premium.

If they don't see the change right away, please have them manually sign out of Pandora and then sign back in.

I've also shared your experience with our engineering team so they can review what may have happened.
