Family Premium still seeing ads

I tried adding a user to my Family Premium plan, they accepted the invitation and logged out of their iOS Pandora app.  They logged back into the app and the app is telling them have to upgrade to no longer see ads.  We tried uninstalling the app and re-installing it (on iOS) and same result.

Please let me know if there is something else I should be trying.
