Today we upgraded to Pandora family premium. Why is the extra family member who now has an account hearing ads after they thumbs down a few songs? I thought with the premium subscription no ads would play. Please advise.

I see that invite was sent to join your Family plan; however, it appears like it haven't been accepted.
I've gone ahead and manually added your family member to your plan from my end - they should now be good to go.
If they continue having troubles on their account, please let me know.
