Gift subscription activated on wrong account

I purchased a gift subscription for a friend. Had it emailed to myself. Clicked on the link to see what it looked like. Think I activated it on my account by accident. How do I remove it from my account so they can utilize the gift code?

my lg home therater system has your app when i click on  it it gave me a code and websiite witch i did but it was the wrong account
