Keeping separate collections with Family Plan

I recently upgraded to the family plan. the people I've invited recieved my invite but are only seeing my songs and playlists. how do they access to create their own music without affecting mine.

Upgrading to the Family Plan means that you and up to five other accounts can enjoy all of the benefits of Pandora Premium, while keeping your individual Pandora accounts.

As long as everyone is signed into their own accounts on their separate devices, any content they create or collect will not affect anyone else's accounts or collection who are also on the plan (including yours).
