Hi @WildWanderer12

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the confusion with your subscription and downloaded content.

I took a look at your subscription history, and it appears your previous subscription through Apple was Pandora Premium. When that subscription ended, the offline content that had been downloaded through Premium was removed from the device.

When you later subscribed directly through Pandora, the annual plan purchased was Pandora Plus, rather than Pandora Premium.

Pandora Plus does include offline listening, but it works a little differently. With Plus, Pandora automatically makes your three most-listened-to stations, along with Thumbprint Radio, available offline.

Pandora Premium includes expanded offline listening and allows you to download additional content such as stations, albums, songs, and playlists.

If you’d like access to that broader offline library again, you would need to upgrade from Pandora Plus to Pandora Premium. Please also keep in mind that we’ll automatically prorate the cost of your first Premium payment to reflect the remainder of the subscription period you’ve already paid for.

I hope this helps explain what happened and clears up the difference between the two plans.

Thank you for the prompt reply, I appreciate it needing access to offline content for the one and only time this year flying today.Whenever I would attempt to go offline I was being told that my account still needed to download my saved music , SO FRUSTRATING.
That said—and I know you’re just doing your job—Corporate Pandora  needs to better clearly state and not “hide in the fine print” what happens to our libraries when we think we’re upgrading paying for an annual subscription via Pandora.com instead of paying through Apple. I am dumbfounded that I was getting a better service/product when I was paying monthly instead of paying for a year.  Why isn’t our libraries switched over when we keep the same username account when we pay for the annual subscription?
I would appear you helped download and give me access to my top 3 stations I listen to when I go offline and board my plane. If that was you, THANK YOU, I hope it stays available when I go offline 🤞🤞
Please pass on my critical feedback, if we’re paying for a service we should be able use the features we were getting before we changed plans. So sick of greedy CEO’s of companies putting features more out of reach unless we overpay again and again. Ive been using Pandora for years and its sh*tty to see the service/product getting worse even though we’re paying more!
