My subscription hasn’t connected to my account

I payed the 5.99 for a subscription and it’s not connecting to my account I logged out and back in even deleted the app and re downloaded it and nothing. I either want this fixed or my money back. I’m starting to lean towards the money back this is kinda ridiculous there is now easy way to get help.

I've checked the email associated with your community profile and can confirm that your Pandora account is upgraded to Pandora Plus through Apple. However, I also see that you've started a few Premium Access session, which would activate an advertisement in order to listen to on-demand content. On-demand listening is only a feature of Premium.

I've gone ahead and passed along your post to our Care Team. They will reach out to you via the email associated with your Pandora account. Please be on the look out for their reply.

Sorry to hear you've been having troubles with your subscription. It looks like you may have been able to retrieve your Plus subscription on your account yesterday.

If you're still having troubles, could you tell me a bit more about what you're experiencing when you log into your account? Are you seeing ads?
