I took a look at your Pandora account, and your currently upgraded to an individual subscription of Premium through Apple. Pandora Premium Family Plan is only available directly through Pandora.
If you'd prefer to upgrade, or join an existing Family Plan, you'll first need to cancel your subscription through Apple. Unfortunately, I can't manage this on my end as I don't have access to the Apple billing system. Check out Apple's cancellation steps for more info on how to manage your subscription from your preferred device.
Once your subscription through Apple has ended, then you'll be able to upgrade or join an existing Family Plan.
