Please contact me to cancel my subscription. I have looked every possible place to cancel and all of my devices say that I don't have a subscription, however I am being charge $4.99 each month

I have also canceled my subscription right after my trial and I’ve still been charged and it won’t let me cancel anything because it says I’m not subscribed but my bank account says I am
@233 To clarify, it doesn't look like the Pandora account connected to your Community profile is upgraded - this would explain why you aren't seeing any options to cancel in your account settings.

I got this 3 month free trial through the Miles Rewards App and I have no options to change or cancel my subscription!! PLEASE HELP!! I'VE TRIED ALL SUGGESTIONS THROUGH THE APP AND DIRECTLY THROUGH WEBSITE with none of them giving me option to cancel.....

If you are signed up for a subscription, my guess is that you have a second account registered under a different email address that is upgraded.

Hey. Same issue here. I've never made an account with Pandora let alone subscribed to it before, until last week. I don't want it anymore. I'd like to know how to cancel it. More specifically, where at am I subscribed because my Gmail, my PlayStore, My Phone and BankStatements don't show where I'm subscribed nor how to cancel. Help please. (P.S. I don't understand how this can happen. Is Pandora Agreements hacked, holding my money hostage I mean come on.)
@Iiccah It looks like you are on a free trial still, so no charges have actually been processed it - this is why nothing shows on your bank statement yet.

I am billed via credit card. Per Pandora advise I cannot find the suggested "switch plan" listed anywhere for me to cancel my subscription. Now I have to wait for a rep to reply - unacceptable. lets just walk up to mount Everest and hand deliver our letter of cancellation, bad business practices. how about put a link directly to cancel the subscription like a respectable business instead of wasting everybody's time.
this is not helpful since there is no "Switch plan" listed anywhere!

The Pandora account associated with your community profile is currently registered as free and is not associated with a paid subscription. It sounds like you may have an upgraded account under a different email address.

Can someone tell me how to cancel my Pandora subscription. As far as I know I paid directly via Pandora using my credit card so when I follow those directions, I never see "Switch plans" so I can't contiue past that point.

@Ssradford According to your profile you are a free subscriber. You don't need to cancel a free membership just stop listening of you are not happy with the service.
