Unbelievable! Am Senior Citizen (on limited budget) trying to cancel subscription & have found myself in vortex or useless information. Hate to fuss, just want to cancel service & am lost...

My account is also subscribed to Pandora Plus but when I try to find my subscriptions it's not located anywhere (I've tried to cancel both on IOS and PC). In my Itunes it says there is no subscription but I am still paying $4.99 every month

Unfortunately, I can't manage this directly on my end as I don't have access to the Apple billing system.
If you aren't seeing any subscription for Pandora, then it is likely that you purchased the subscription on a different Apple ID than the one you are currently signed in with on your device.
You'll need to contact the Apple support team for further assistance. Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll continue to be billed each month.

There is no problem signing up or upgrading a subscription BUT NO WAY to cancel it

I’ve been getting charged $5 a month for a pandora subscription through pandora.com but my iPhone says I’m not subscribed to it and I’m not getting the benefits. How do I cancel my account ?
