@Aestillwell Nice to see you around the community.

Updating your card on file with Google Play:

To clarify, it looks like you are currently upgraded to Pandora Plus through Google Play with a monthly subscription - not an annual subscription.

If you would like to update your card on file with Google Play, you can find instructions on how to do so here: Update billing info - Google Play

Switch to an annual subscription:

The option for an annual subscription to Pandora Plus, Premium or Premium Family is only available if you upgrade directly through Pandora.

If you upgrade from your Android device you are upgrading through Google Play, and they only offer monthly options.

To switch to a yearly subscription, you will need to cancel the subscription through Google Play, and wait for it to expire.

I've canceled the subscription for you to start this process. You will still have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, but you won't be charged again.

When you begin to hear ads once more, you can resubscribe from the Pandora website at the annual rate.  Please note that once you've upgraded, your auto-renewal option and card information can only be managed from the subscription details page. Let me know if you'd like those steps.

We appreciate your continued support.

If I were to follow the steps you provided, if I unsubscribed, would I lose my personalized channels and all my favorited/liked songs?  Thank you

@EmDem23 No - canceling your subscription through Google Play and resubscribing through our website will not result in the loss of any of your collection or favorites/likes.

If you run into any issues throughout the process, feel free to reach out and we're always happy to help.

Thanks for being a part of the community!
