Playlists are missing after resubscribing

I had playlists under a free account from my wedding 10 years ago. I recently checked and they are all gone. I upgraded and am now doing the 30 day free trial to try to retrieve my playlists and I still don't have them. How can I get them back?

My guess is your original account was likely registered under a different email address. The Pandora account associated with your community profile was created in 2021.
