Pro-rated refund request for family subscripton

Hi, I would like to cancel my family premium subscription as the app keeps shutting off randomly about 3-7x/day, for multiple users on our plan. We have tried to update our phone (iOS and android), uninstall and reinstall Pandora app, restart phone, log out and log in again - and nothing helps. Can I please receive a prorated refund?
