Received renewal email, but account is still set to free service

Hi I received a message saying my account was being renewed . The problem is I thought I had a free account . I have to listen to ads . It’s been a year and I have NO benefits more than the free account?
Is there anyone that can help me out? Is there a phone number to call? It’s frustrating nit being able to talk to a live person.
plus I want to learn more about family plans , and I saw military accounts too?
