Still receiving promotional emails after unsubscribing

I have done both!

Unsubscribed from the bottom of emails AND turned Notifications OFF from my account.

Am STILL getting promotional emails. Is the ONLY way to stop emails setting preferences to send them to junk?

@KItnCaboo To clarify, how long ago did you edit those settings to unsubscribe from promotional emails?

Additionally, can you please send me a screenshot of the next promotional email that gets sent to you?

@AdamPandora I'm experiencing this too… have lost count of the amount of times I've tried to 'unsubscribe'.  Was there a solve here that might work for me too? Thank you.
