Subscription on wrong account

I just went to purchase the yearly subscription and after finished, realized I added it to my work account not personal account.

How to a move it over?

@216jillian Unfortunately, there isn't a way to transfer annual subscriptions between accounts.

What we'll likely need to do is cancel the subscription on your work account, and then have you go through the upgrade process again on your personal account.

I have created a ticket with our support team for you.
