How do I add an account after the invite to the family plan has been accepted?
@Claudette Our support team has taken a look at your account and informed me that so far you've added one other person to your family plan.
Did you need assistance inviting additional people to join the subscription?
If so, you can find steps on how to do so here listed under Manage my Family Plan subscription.

To clarify, did you receive the family plan email invitation and you're unable to accept the invitation or you haven't receive the invitation?
If you're not able to accept, is there any type of error messaging that pops up? If so can you let me know what it says?
