Trying to make a payment with Google Play

How do you make a payment I've been trying to make a payment all day long because you guys keep hitting my card and when I accept to try to do it on this app there's no way for you to make a payment why is that difficult when I can go to any other app and make a payment

I took a look and can see you are currently upgraded through Google Play.

We have limited access to Google Play's billing system, and because they are a third-party vendor, we are unable to resolve this from our end.

You'll need to contact the Google Play support team for further assistance.
