Apple subscription using two emails. How do you delete one email so that the deleted email can open their iwn account

To clarify, do you have two Pandora accounts registered under different email addresses that you would like to be upgraded?
Or is the issue that you have one Apple account, and need help purchasing two different subscriptions through their service?
