I have sent a family member three invites, and he still unable to complete the process. I have been paying for the subscription for months now and I need a solution, please.
I have been trying to add a member to my family plan. When they click Accept Invite it goes to login screen yet they have not been able to add a password to log in and the invite remains Pending on my side
@denkyleg It doesn't look like that person has created their Pandora account yet.
Please have them first create their account using the email address you sent the invitation to.
Once that is created, they should be able to accept the invitation, and join your plan.
Let me know if they continue to run into issues after creating their account.

I have tried to add family members. When I send the invite, they click on it, and then it asks them to create a new account. They do it, but it isn't linked to the family plan. There is no other option besides "reset password" that also doesnt work.
It looks like there are many many people that struggle with this process.

I have the same issue with link not working. My wife and one daughter the links worked, my other daughter the link is not working for.

Sorry for any trouble. I see your daughter's account that is having trouble. Can you tell me if she created the Pandora account before the invitation or after the invitation was sent? I'd like to pass along the experience to our engineering team for further review.
In the meantime, I was able to add her account manually to your Family subscription. If she's currently logged in and doesn't see a change, I recommend logging out and back in again.
Hi, I upgraded my plan to Family. I sent an invite to someone who has their own account. When I they get the invite, they click accept and are brought to a subscription sign up page. This is really frustrating and who the heck needs that right now. UGH.
@mgnetto I've manually added that user to your plan for you.
They should now be good to go as long as they log into the account you sent the invitation to.
