Why pay premium if my Wife and I can't use Pandora at the same time?

What is the point in paying a premium if my Wife and I can't use Pandora at the same time. We pay xxx.xx a year and can't listen at the same time?

You can listen at the same time. You need to "invite" different email addresses and then long in on those different devices with those email addresses. We have one "master" email address for Pandora. While logged in with that email, I invited my husband (1 email), I invited myself (2nd email) for the Google Hub/Home, and I invited myself (3rd email) to log in on my phone (use in car). This way my husband and I can each be listening in our cars at the same time. Or one can be listening at home on Google while the other is in their car. That's 4 email addresses in total.

@MonsterMechanic Nice to see you around the community, and sorry for the trouble you are having with your Premium Family plan.

@stmacleod is correct - as long as you send an invitation to your wife's email address and she joins your Premium Family plan, the both of you should be able to listen to Pandora simultaneously on your separate devices.

I have created a ticket with our support team for you.

They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.

Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
