When trying to upgrade to premium I immediately receive the following error message when selecting the military option - "Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon."
I have been trying to correct this with Pandora since February with no success. This problem occurs on three different computers using either Chrome or Edge.
Anyone else experiencing such a problem?

I have had an open case with this since February. I can upgrade using a different email address but I would prefer to upgrade using the email address I currently have on my account.
I need help upgrading to the Military plan. I have an existing Pandora account and I was paying for Plus via the Apple App store. I've let that expire and I'm trying to upgrade to the Military Premium plan but when I log in and click upgrade and choose military I get the following message: Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon. I've tried a few different days apart, and I've tried in different browsers. Any suggestions on how I might be able to upgrade?

No need, the support team has been working on this since February without finding a reason for the problem. As for me I have given up on it.
