Cannot access Pandora on my iPad anymore

I can get it on my laptop. I have a subscription, but I cannot access it on my Ipad,  This has always worked before

Sorry for the continued trouble with this. I moved your 2nd post over to your original thread. 

I've checked in with our User Support team, and it looks like three specialists have reached out to you via email but haven't received any response. Could you please check your spam / junk folder to ensure that their messages didn't end up there?

  • Do you need assistance with your password?
  • Are you receiving any error messages when you attempt to log in? If so, what exactly does it say?
  • Have you tried running through the troubleshooting steps listed in my original post?

I can get Pandora on my laptop and Iphone, but not my Ipad.  I could always get this before.  I have a subscription to Pandora and I have emailed support, but all I get is a link to support subjects and this forum.  This does not help my problem, and I am getting very upset.  There has to  be some phone, echat or email support that can help you with a problem.
