No reception on Ipad and no support from Pandora

I can get Pandora on my laptop and Iphone, but not my Ipad.  I could always get this before.  I have a subscription to Pandora and I have emailed support, but all I get is a link to support subjects and this forum.  This does not help my problem, and I am getting very upset.  There has to  be some phone, echat or email support that can help you with a problem.   ...
