If you continue to have trouble, could you share a bit more about what is happening?

• Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
• What kind of iOS device are you using? (iPhone, iPad, etc.)
• What happens when you attempt to listen from your device?

no , i put in my name and password and it stays blank
