Pandora did another update and the widget is gone again. Did all of the steps seen in previous issues. No resolution.

Hi @Jmaage02 , thanks for posting.
I'm really sorry for the trouble with the app widget.
I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what's happening. For this trace to be useful, we'll need you to please try uninstall and reinstall the app one more time and try to listen as usual:
I understand that you already tried this, but this will help us see everything that's happening within your app.
Also, can you please upload to this thread a screenshot of what you see so I can take a look?
Same thing happened to me today
Same for me.
Uninstalled and reinstalled no change in results. Unsure of how to add a screenshot. When I go to the add a widget Pandora is nonexistent

my widget went black. so I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then it’s wasn’t listed in my widgets after reinstallation. Were the widgets taken off the app completely?
Hey @Skull42400!
Welcome to the Community!
Thanks for posting. I’ve moved your message over to an existing thread we have on this experience. Our teams are aware and are currently investigating what happened.
Please keep an eye on that thread, as soon as we receive any updates, we’ll be sure to share them there.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding in the meantime!
Same thing here. Widget on iPhone 12 Pro was white. I checked my App Library and Pandora is gone. I also deleted the widget but can’t install again because it’s not there!!
Hi @LunaC63 . Thanks for posting.
Please try to install the app again, making sure to tap the little cloud icon (or the FREE button) on the Pandora screen in the App Store. If the Pandora screen shows an OPEN button, then the Pandora app is still installed on your device and you just need to find it.
We just released an update to address this issue, so please check if there's any update available. If there is one, you will see an UPDATE button, instead of OPEN. Please check the following to manually update the Pandora app from the App store on your Apple device.
If the app is still not showing up after verifying it is installed using on the App Library, check whether you have any age restrictions set on your device. Pandora is "unrated", so if you have some restrictions set, it simply won't appear even when installed.

Let me know how it goes.
