Separate accounts on devices

I set up a new account for my daughter who is using my old iPhone.  When I log into Pandora with her new account on her iPhone it is logging me into her account on my iPhone as well.  I need my account on my IPhone and her account on her iPhone.

Since you're having trouble with your account, I created an email case for you with an agent from our support team. 

Something to note, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

You may need to remove the devices associated with your specific account in order to refresh the app. Please keep an eye out for their email message soon and be sure to check your spam folder. 📬
