I have an iPhone 11 and have had Pandora Premium for several years. I have read in this community so many times of people having trouble shuffling with Premium…for years now it seems. I had shuffle for a time, but then my phone dropped cellular service and I had to re-log in to pandora. Now for the life of me cannot find the shuffle icon under collections. I go to My Collection, I switch to “Stations” and there is nothing that says “Shuffle” or a carrot or even a pencil to click to shuffle my stations. The same answer is given to everyone go to collections, switch to stations, look for a carrot or pencil. I have none of the above. I pay good money for Premium but it seems to just be a pain in the butt. I don’t understand how Pandora can’t fix this problem. How does a carrot or pencil just randomly disappear, but then we are told the same thing over and over that doesn’t fix the problem. Can Pandora please fix this problem?
