Station won’t download

I still have about 20 free GB on my phone but a station will not download. It will just keep the arrows but won’t do anything. Does this happen to anyone else? It’s for IOS

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you have experienced whrn trying to download your content for offline listening. I know how frustrating it can be when your offline stations aren’t working.

To help fix this, try signing out of the app and back in to reset the download. Then, connect your device to a power source and keep Pandora open in the foreground while it completes.

Also please let me know if you already tried the steps described here and what happened afterwards

Hello,
I am still having issues with downloading a station. I have logged out and logged back in and even deleting and reinstalling the app. I have enough storage on my phone so that isn’t an issue

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble downloading the station.

Since you've already confirmed that you have enough available storage and have tried signing out as well as reinstalling Pandora, we'd like to get a better idea of what's happening.

Could you please let us know:

• Which station are you trying to download?
• Does this happen with only this station, or are you unable to download other stations as well?
• When you try to download it, do the download arrows remain indefinitely without showing any progress?
• Could you share a screenshot of what you see when the download gets stuck?

In the meantime, please try connecting your iPhone to a power source and leaving Pandora open in the foreground for a while with the download pending.

iOS manages background activity to help conserve battery and system resources, so downloads may not always continue as expected when Pandora is moved to the background or the screen is locked. Keeping Pandora open and your phone connected to power can help give the download an opportunity to complete.
