Unable to Skip or Use Thumbs

So not only am I unable to thumbs up or down a song, but now the song’s won’t fully display for the skip option - all I can do is pause or play? And this totally irritating “for you” menu won’t go away?!? I pay for this service and I’m literally hours away from cancelling. Get me solutions please. Thank you.

I would recommend trying out these steps to troubleshoot your issues within the Pandora app.
