For some reason my pandora apps will not open up on Iphone 12. I have check for software updates and still nothing. Why am I paying for service to listen to music from iphone 12 and bluetooth to my vehicle. Can someone tell me what to do? I have rebooted the iphone and still nothing.

I am having the same issue. I try to open Pandora app and the screen comes up for a second, blank, then gos away. I have turned my iPhone 12 off an on multiple time and the app does not give me a delete option even from the App Library page. This has gone on for well over a month now, I just haven’t had time to deal with it until now. 😡

Hello, I've deleted the cache and uploaded the app numerous times. I changed the password for both devices, iPhone 15promax and MacBook Pro (the app is working), but it won't load up on my phone or in my car play, even after doing the above. I do not see an update anywhere, so I have no idea what to do. Please. Can you help?

It’s working now. I turned phone off and it started back up. I had deleted the app numerous times and delete caches. But did not think to turn phone off and turn back on. Thx to support. It works now.
PS: if deleted cache and app, reinstalling the app and still does not work, turn phone completely off for 10-15 seconds and turn back on—-the app should work again. I did that and it works now.
