iOS: How to listen offline with Premium

I have Pandora Premium so that I can create playlists. I added a song to my playlist so that I can listen to it whenever I download it for offline. But whenever I go back to listen to it, it skips over it to the next song. It won't let me listen to it offline. Is there any way to download it so I can listen to it offline?

Your three most popular stations (along with Thumbprint Radio) will automatically download for you to access in Offline Mode. If you have not yet added Thumbprint Radio, please let me know.

As a Pandora Premium subscriber, if you'd like to download content for offline listening, you can tap the icon with the arrow pointing downward. This can be found on station, album and playlist pages, or, to download a track, tap the three dots on the Now Playing screen. Keep in mind, this button will only appear for eligible tracks.

If you change your mind during any point of the downloading process, simply tap the download button again, and we'll stop and delete any downloaded content.

If you lose connection while downloading, we'll save your spot with your partially downloaded playlists, albums and stations. The next time you gain a signal, we'll attempt to complete the download process for you.

What is Thumbprint Radio?
I have same question and can I just create playlists for offline listening?
Just subscribed to Pandora Premium for this specific reason, listing offline.
Unfortunately, I have a data plan for my mobile device so this was a big seller for me.

The Thumbrint Radio is a station created based on all your Thumb feedback accross your stations.

Yes, as a Premium subscriber, you can create playlists and then download them so you can listen offline.

To create a new playlist, start by going to My Collection.

• Tap the downward arrow (or “carat”) below the album art to filter your content, then select Playlists.
• Next, tap + New Playlist, enter a name, and tap Next. You can then use the search bar to find and add your favorite songs or albums.

You can also create playlists directly from the Now Playing screen or while searching for music, just tap the three dots below the album art and choose to add the track to a new or existing playlist.

Once your playlist is created, Pandora can even suggest additional songs you might like to add.

Once you have your Playlist, you can download them by tapping the icon with the arrow pointing downward.
