iOS: Music Stops In the Middle of a Song

I agree completely, 

I have a MacBook with Mac OS Mojave and an I phone 11.  I find pandora impossible now.  it will stop in the middle of the first song.  help seems hard to navigate too

Could you share a bit more about what's happening?

  • Are you having trouble listening from both your MAC computer and your iPhone device?
  • Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
  • On your computer, are you using the Pandora Desktop App or a web browser?
    • If you're using a browser, which one?

I'm having this problem as well. Pandora works on my iPhone, but not on my MacBook. No error message, just the song appearing to happily play along with no sound. I get maybe 1-2 seconds before it goes silent. I'm a paid subscriber.

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  3. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
