iOS: No longer receive a notification when transtioning to Offline Mode

My Pandora does not  alert me  with a notification to let you know that we are switching you to one of my offline stations. I have 3 stations off line ? I also have Pandora Plus

Sorry to hear that you're no longer receiving the notification when you are transition into Offline Mode.

Let's start by creating a new connection with Pandora. You can do this by uninstalling and reinstalling the Pandora app on your iPhone. Please note, when uninstall the app this will remove your offline content, however the stations should re-download automatically. You can help the re-download process by leaving the Pandora app open, playing if you like, in the foreground of your iPhone and charging.

The next time you move into Offline Mode without a notification, please take note of the date and time (including timezone), I can take closer look.
