iOS: Thumbs Up on Lock Screen

It would be so helpful to have a thumbs up button on the lock screen of my iPhone. I have one on my Apple watch, so why not iPhone? I don't want to have to completely unlock my phone to like a song anymore!

Lock screen media controls are determined by the OS rather than individual apps. However, you can thumb-up tracks from the lock screen by tapping the star icon on the left side. Doing this will thumb-up the track on Pandora. Tapping the star again will remove the thumbs-up. Unfortunately, there's currently no way to thumb-down a track from the lock screen.
