I am having that same issue. I have the premium subscription however an album that I listened to daily does not play. I can skip through each track but when I hit play, it does nothing. This is now gone on for over a month, possibly two

Check to see if there is a VPN or a ad blocker running in the background if there is one disable it then restart the Pandora app and it should start working
