Hi @Dieseldawg112 sorry to hear that - is this happening on a particular station or all stations? If it's a particular station, can you let me know which station?

Also, can you follow up with:

  • Which Pandora version you are currently on?
  • Which iOS version your iPhone is currently on?

Hi, @Missy_afton3. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  • Are you streaming from an iOS device? Or, using a computer?
  • If you're using a computer, are you using the desktop app or a web browser?
  • Which web browser?
  • Also, are you using a MAC or Windows computer?

Let me know. 🎧

@El4 It doesn't look like the Pandora account connected to your Community profile is associated with any iOS devices.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝

Hi @j9betts & @Love814kids

If you haven't already, please try out our iOS troubleshooting steps listed below:

First, try rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again.

If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that:

  1. Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking."
  2. Then tap - in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to Delete app.
  3. Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device.

*Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know.

Lastly, running your iPhone on an older OS release (anything before iOS 14) may cause performance issues playing Pandora. If needed, please check out this article on how to update your device's operating system.

Hope this helps!

@Moperg11 I would like to report this issue to our engineers.

Can you please do me a favor and send me a screenshot of what you are seeing?

(Please note you won't be able to attach images via email - you will need to open this Community link in a web browser in order to provide attachments)

Additionally, could you tell me more about your device?

  • Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone X, iPad Air (3rd gen), etc.)
  • Carrier:
  • iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?

Thanks for working with me on this. 🤝
