I moved your original post to this thread under Android: Pandora Plus Won't Download Stations Offline Listening is available to Pandora Plus and Pandora Premium subscribers. For Pandora Plus subscribers, we will automatically choose up to three of your most-listened-to stations along with Thumbprint Radio and add them to your offline listening stations.  However, in your case, it sounds like only two stations were able to download for offline listening. Is it possible that this might be occurring because there is not enough storage on your device? Pandora will never use the last 500MB of storage on your device, so we will only download as many stations as we can before we hit that limit. If it doesn't appear to be storage related, I'd recommend disabling the offline listening feature and re-enabling it, which will reset the download process. Then, make sure to keep Pandora in the foreground of your device while the download completes. To do that from a mobile device: Tap the Profile tab and then the Settings gear in the top right corner. Toggle Offline Mode off, and confirm that you'd like to remove the content from your device. Toggle Offline Mode on again, to reset the download process. Keep the Pandora app in the foreground of your device while your offline stations re-download. Let us know if this worked! I've enabled a trace on your account for us to take a closer look at what's going on. However, in my opinion, this issue might be related to a network issue when connecting to Pandora. For this trace to be helpful, we’ll need you to run through our troubleshooting steps. Let's try rebooting your connection: Shut down your device completely; Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in; Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up; Turn your device back on and try Pandora again. You might also try connecting your device to an entirely different network, or using a different device on your current network, to see if your streaming improves. Although the majority of the songs in our collection will be eligible to be played without restrictions, you may encounter a portion of songs that are unavailable or labeled "Radio Only" due to our current licensing restrictions. In the meantime, you can create a station that will play similar songs and artists, based on an artist or a particular song. We are continuously working on increasing the amount of songs which can be played on stations, on-demand, or offline. I'm looking at your account and I was able to view and play that mode on that station. Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?   If you are on a computer, are you listening from: A Mac or Windows computer? Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using? If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? (If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with some additional steps.) Hi @eddiesean! I've moved your post to an existing thread under Removing Variety from a Station. To remove any seeds, please check out the accepted solution in this thread for instructions on how to do so. However, we are aware that some folks are experiencing issues on their station's backstage pages recently. I've noted your experience and passed that info along to our internal ticket so that our engineers can take a look.
