Hi @jfeen82  Thanks for trying those steps out. It sounds like the issue may be related to the network you're using to connect to Pandora. Please try connecting your device directly via an Ethernet cable and see if that helps. If there is no change, try rebooting your connection:  Shut down your device completely; Unplug your modem and router, wait one full minute, and then plug them back in; Wait five more minutes to allow the modem and router to fully boot back up; Turn your device back on and try Pandora again. You might also try connecting your device to an entirely different network, or using a different device on your current network, to see if your streaming improves. Hi @bowtie406cid Usually, when consistently thumbing down an artist or a song, Pandora should learn not to play those types of tracks for that station. If you're thumbing down tracks, but keep hearing similar music, would you mind telling me which station you're on and who you don't want to hear any more? I can take a closer look and see what's going on. +++++ In addition, while we do not offer an option to prevent an artist from playing on your account or specific stations, I recommend giving this existing feature request a ❤️ to express your interest in getting it added to the service: Blocking/Muting Certain Artists / Song Selection Rules In the meantime, continue to give any tracks by that band a Thumbs-down on your stations, and Pandora should learn to stop playing them over time. Hi @Acc0rd  Unfortunately, there isn't a way to permanently stop playing live or re-recorded songs on your station. However, the way to control your Pandora stations is by using Thumbs. If there's an artist or song you don't like hearing on one of your Pandora stations, make sure to consistently give them Thumbs Down (and no Thumbs Up) on that station. This tells Pandora that you do not wish to hear that artist/song on that station. Thumb ratings are station-specific. In addition, this will not keep the studio version of that track from playing and doesn't necessarily mean that you will no longer hear other songs by that artist. Unfortunately, there isn't an easy way to completely remove any content you've added to your collection. I recommend upvoting this feature request with a ❤️to express your interest in seeing it added to the service: "Soft" Account Reset In the meantime, the quickest way to start fresh would be to delete your account completely and then create a new account using the same email address. That way, you can start over again with creating new stations without having to manually delete the old thumb ratings you've given in the past. Hope this helps!  ... View more

It's hard to think back and remember what songs were on my daily rotation, but here's a few songs that I always go back to when I'm feeling nostalgic! 1. God Must Have Spent a lil More Time On You - Nsync My sister was such a big N'sync fan, which eventually rubbed off my parents and me. I just remember the times during on trip to church or driving around to run errands, we would always pop this CD in our Nissan Quest and just jammed out! 2. Best I Ever Had - Drake After high school, this first Drake Single that was a hit took over my MP3 player. In addition, I saw my crush did an acoustic cover of this song and it made me like it more, wish I was the best she ever had 😥 3. Wonderful Tonight - Eric Clapton I fell in love with music because of my father, he was always a great singer and amongst the Indonesian community in Southern California, people would always request him to sing a song at a wedding or at an event. This song was always his go-to wedding song and I just remember my dad singing this song so wonderfully! Definitely will be requesting this song from him on my wedding day. 4. Summertime in LBC - Warren G/Dove Shack Southern California summers are a little different than most places on earth, especially in the late 90's and 00's just by the feeling and energy in the air. BBQ events, family gatherings, hot days but beautiful nights, parties, finding a friend who has a pool and great music. This song always reminds of the summer days when I was a child of how carefree and fun it used to be! 5. Get On Up - James Brown This was my favorite Breakdancing song! If you guys didn't know, yes, I used to be a break dancer, funk and hip hop were my music of choice to get my body moving! I don't breakdance like how I used to, but if you play this song I might just spin on my hand for ya! 6. Breathing - Yellowcard In high school, right after my class ended I would take my MP3 player out put my earbuds on, play this song, and start walking to my next class. This was my go-to passing period song when walking. 7. Scenario - A Tribe Called Quest First time I listened to this song it took me on an audio journey. This song was created so well and the variation of vocals of these rappers made me love Hip Hop. Also, this was another great song that I like to B-boy (breakdance) too. 8. Misery Business - Paramore This song was also a go-to song when walking to class to class 9. Sugar We're Going Down - Fallout Boy This song is one of my go-to Karokee song of all time. Love this song and jamming out to 10.  Pump it Up - Joe Budden Fast & Furious and You got Serve, two of my favorite movies that had this song. Couldn't go an hour without listening to this song. One of the songs that made everyone dance! Love this song and always helped when playing basketball.   Hoped you guys enjoyed my list! Hi @Tdgehsjfhegw  Thanks for posting and just to let you know I've moved your post to an existing thread under App changed when in Premium Access session. It looks like you're subscribed to Pandora Plus, not Premium. However, you're receiving a prompt to watch an ad because you've activated Premium access which unlocks additional Premium features like on-demand content. In the past, free listeners and Plus subscribers were only able to look for artists and tracks in order to create radio stations. Now, if you search for and select the name of an artist, track, or album, you'll be brought to a "backstage page" where you can either create a radio station OR press play. If you press play you indicate that you'd like to listen to that content right away (or "on-demand"). Since on-demand listening is a feature for Premium subscribers, you will either see an ad for Premium, or be prompted to watch a video ad to unlock Premium access. If you don't want to listen to music on demand and avoid the ad, just start a station and it will prompt you to that artist or music station. However, I did a peek into your account and it looks like you were able to send out those invitations. Next steps, if you've already sent the invitation and they haven't received it, make sure that: You've sent the invite to an email address your family member can access (not necessarily the email address on their Pandora account); They check their spam/trash folder, as the invite may have ended up there. Once they've received your invite email, they'll simply select Accept Invite, and log into their existing Pandora account.  If they haven't received the invitation or don't see the invite in their spam or trash folder let me know.  Hope this helps! ...
