The song Letter to an old friend by Madilyn Paige is kind of a sad song.😥 From what I understand from the lyrics is that it tells of a story of a daughter that was proud of her dad. The lyrics show later in the song when the daughter is all grown up and is far away from her dad and is missing him. When she talks to him she imagines her dad as he was when she was a little girl. So, the other day I was thinking about belts while I was working on school. I was thinking that a belt can be considered PPE (personal protective equipment) because it holds up your pants. If you did not have a belt with some pairs of pants they might fall down and your pride might get damaged. I know this sounds silly, but it made me chuckle.
