You’re right that there’s always room to grow, and the next step up is Up and Coming Artist. To move up, the system looks at a mix of things like: - How long you’ve been registered - How often you post and reply - The quality of your contributions (like accepted solutions, kudos received, and tagging) - Creating or commenting on ideas and blog posts, and board posts.
In simple terms: the more you engage, help others, and share meaningful content, the closer you’ll get to unlocking that next rank.
As for becoming a moderator — at this time, all moderators are Pandora employees. If that changes in the future, we’ll be sure to keep passionate community members like you in mind.
