Hi Alyssa, I'm using a Mac computer. I was going to send you a screen shot of my Playlist collection and show you that it does not have a Play link until you move your mouse cursor over the picture of the Playlist. The title of the playlist which is right below the picture is also a link for starting the Playlist, it takes you to the next step which shows a Play icon and the list of songs on the Playlist. I was going to send you some screenshots but it won't let me send them. When I click on the camera icon it brings up a form for me to fill in with Source, Image Dimensions and Description etc.

Hi Alyssa, I'm still having trouble finding the download arrow icon. I've read your last post to me regarding where to look but I'm still not seeing it. I did find it the last time and downloaded a few Playlists but I'm not sure now just where it is. I've looked at my playlists in my Collection but can't find it there, I've clicked on one of my Playlists to begin listening to it and looked for it there but still not finding it. I've also been wanting to ask you if there is a right way and a wrong way to initiate a playlist to start playing songs. When I look at my Collection and then click on Playlists, I see two ways to begin playing one of the playlists. The first one is by clicking on the name below the Playlist, and the second one is to move the cursor over the Playlist Image and then click on the Play icon that comes up. Which is the correct one to use or does it make a difference. Thanks

Hi Adam, Yes I know how to find out what song is playing like you describes but that isn't my problem. I want to be able to find that song in the actual playlist. Because we don't have any sorting features available to us I have to manually move songs around in my playlist to balance it out. To do that I have to actually click on that song in my list and drag it to a more favourable place in the list. So I really require a more accurate way to pin point the actual song in a list other than just trying to find the squiggly indicator lines next to the song.

I find that the link "Now Playing" doesn't really help me that much. Sure it will direct you to the active Playlist but if you have a large number of songs it's not that much help. I find that I end up scrolling up and down without seeing the little wavy lines that indicate the song is playing. My eyes aren't that good any more so I find I can miss seeing those lines and scroll right on past. Maybe one of your teckkies could write a line of code and help pin point the active song. They could even do it from home lol.
Thanks

Thanks Adam, I see where you are going with this, I have attached a screenshot after hitting the Play button and it shows the icon with the two circling arrows. I guess it makes sense having it with the Playlist. I guess I mistook just what the Autoplay was used for. I have been turning it on when I should have been turning it off. If I turn it off using my computer Settings, will that also take care of my devices i.e. two iPhones or should I turn those off also. I'm afraid I can't share your enthusiasm about Autoplay and it's ability to add similar songs. My Sleep playlist that I listen to every night has restful piano music mostly by Beegie Adair and no vocalists. It woke me out of a deep sleep with a piano concerto from Mozart, which had been added to my list along with 3 or 4 other classical piano music. Not my cup of tea.

Adam I guess I spoke too soon. My Sleep playlist began to play music that was not from my playlist and it was not sleep inducing music. When I looked at my iphone to see what music was playing I noticed at the top of window in the middle was the word AutoPlay. Now I know I have AutoPlay turned on because I wanted my music to start playing as soon as I opened up Pandora. Maybe I'm not understanding just what AutoPlay does, maybe I should be turning it off it it is causing problems with my playlists. This morning I opened up Pandora to check on my Sleep playlist to see if it was set up to automatically continue to replay my playlist from the beginning again when it reached the last song. Unfortunately I ran into the same problem with the circling arrows icon. All I show is the icon for replaying the song again it is just one circling arrow. I have attached a screenshot showing what I have.

I haven't seen any improvements in the last two years, I guess they think that making long lists of everyones complaints is enough.

Adam, I'm not seeing that icon on mine. I just have the half circle arrow but that just restarts the song that is playing. I'll see if I can add a screenshot of mine. No it doesn't look like you have that option. The camera icon is asking me for Source, Dimensions etc. can't just drag in or choose a jpg image or screenshot.

Is there a limit to the number of playlists I can download to both of my iPhones ? I have an old iPhone that provides the music I've chosen to help me to sleep. It only has one downloaded playlist on the phone and I keep it in my bedroom. My other phone has the rest of my downloaded playlists.

Hi Alyssa, yes I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps you recommended but nothing I did changed anything. I have switched to Safari and it appears to be working just fine so I guess Chrome is a non starter when it comes to Pandora.

I tried to listen to a dozen radio stations today and got the same problem, buffering. While on the desktop and would start a station and almost immediately it would begin buffering. I watched it for a while and noticed the play button which had been greyed out would now show up. If I clicked on it to play the song, it would begin to play for a short time then switch to the next song and begin buffering again. It would never automatically start playing so you just couldn't leave it and expect it to continue playing. I tried the suggestion you have to shut down the computer and router and it successfully played one song and then began buffering again on the next one. I have a good solid wifi connection and I use Chrome.
