I miss the added bonus. Honestly though, to just respond to this challenge should be a bonus, because it was a challenge. A great challenge it truly was. I did have fun. Thanks, and take care.
Where are all the music lover's? I have read many a post from those in the community chat that have stated they are bored, and have nothing or not much to do. This is a great and fun challenge for all. It is also a great opportunity for many of us to get to know one another, just a little. Have some fun people. Well wishing all the best. Take care.

You cannot exclude 1983 with Michael Jackson and his record breaking album of Thriller and the popularity of MTV. It was a breakthrough year for hip hop. Rap was just coming to life (becoming popular). The Jacksons began somewhere in the late 60's as the Jackson 5. But yes 88 was a great year, no doubt.

Just moved up to Diamond in the rough. Not really sure what that means, but boy it sounds great. On another positive note, I would like to think we are all A Diamond in the rough. Thanks Pandora.

I have a very large appetite with music, however it stops when it comes to Rap. I just never could get myself to like it. So during this Covid-19 I have been growing my playlist to well over 500 songs. Well take care and stay safe.

Growing up on my Grandparents Dairy farm I was surrounded by country music. I never knew other kinds of music existed until I found out I had a half brother David. That is when I first heard music like Kiss, Led Zeppelin, The Carpenters and other great Artist and songs. When I became much older I started to like Jewel and other singer song writers. My favorite song is Foolish Games by Jewel. The only music that I have never acquired a taste for and that is rap.

I went through my own Pandora play-list and these are the songs that I have about rain, and storms. "Set Fire To The Rain" by Adele, "A Day Without Rain" by Enya, "Storms Never Last" by Dr. Hook, "Who'll Stop The Rain" by CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival), "Have You Ever Seen The Rain" by CCR. And if this was the month of November we would have "November Rain" by Guns N' Roses, and last on my playlist "No Rain" by Blind Melon. I thought this was fun. Take care and stay safe.

@JAYDADDY we are living in very stressful times, not only as individuals but also as a nation. What I am about to suggest is not very popular these day's but for me it is an absolute must (It works, at least for me). I read the bible twice a day and I also pray. I also listen to my Pandora music list that has now grown to over 460 songs. I also have been keeping busy with outdoor projects in my backyard. Re-doing the screen house, painting. Just something to stay busy and occupied. Well take care and stay safe.

@JAYDADDY I listen to all kinds of music no matter if I am in a good mood or not. But I must say that I try to listen to my music more if I'm in a not so great of a mood. Of course the reason being, it brightens me up. The only music I don't like and that is rap. It just never thrilled me.
