@Gree I moved your post to the iOS space to keep the Community tidy. Offline stations with Pandora Plus: At this time, Pandora Plus listeners cannot add, delete or swap out which stations will be available for offline listening. We know this is a feature a lot of our listeners would enjoy, so I'll pass this idea onto our product team to consider. In the meantime, if you're wanting to have other offline stations available to you, try listening to those other stations more (ones that are currently not on your Offline station list). Since we periodically refresh the stations that are available to you offline (based on your listening habits), we may surprise you with adding them to your list! Alternatively, you may consider upgrading to Pandora Premium which allows subscribers to download any station, playlist, album or song in their collection for offline listening. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ Not getting most listened to stations downloaded: This all being said, it sounds like you aren't getting your most listened to stations downloaded for Offline Mode. I recommend running through the following troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for iOS Devices If that doesn't help, I'm happy to look into this further. What stations are currently downloaded for you when you switch to Offline Mode? What stations would you expect to be downloaded for Offline Mode? Additionally: Can you send over a bit more info about your device? The questions are: Do you only experience the low volume issue when you connect to CarPlay via a USB cable? Bluetooth or USB What Pandora app version are currently on? 2008.1 Do you typically perform voice search using "Hey Pandora"? The simple test would be the following assuming you connect to CarPlay via USB: Before connecting your phone to your car, close the Pandora app if it's running. After closing the app, connect your phone to your car via USB Open the Pandora app from the CarPlay dashboard Does the volume behave normally or as you expected? To clarify, are you able to watch the advertisement? Or does it go straight to that error message? If the ad plays, do you remember anything about the advertisement that plays before the error message pops up? First, I recommend running through these troubleshooting steps: Troubleshooting for Android Devices If this does not help, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? To clarify, does the music stop when your screen locks or when the Pandora app is backgrounded? Or does the music stop in the middle of a song while the Pandora app is still open? Is there an error message? If so, what does it say? Can you provide me with a screenshot/screen-recording of what you're seeing? Additionally: Can you send over a bit more info about your device? Model: samsung s8 Carrier: Android version (Settings > About Phone): Build number (Settings > About Phone): Android Security Patch Level, if noted on your device (Settings > About Phone): Pandora version: If you can open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number. @jayfeder Nice to see you around the Community. You do have the option to select only certain stations to play in Shuffle Mode. Customizing Shuffle stations on a computer: Stations with a blue shuffle icon will be included in the Shuffle rotation. Clicking on that icon will remove that station from your shuffle rotation. You can customize the station included in your shuffle selection by: Hovering over the Shuffle On icon which will appear on the Now Playing screen which will reveal a pencil icon. Clicking the pencil icon will bring you to the My Collection page. Check or uncheck each station to modify your shuffle experience, either in the bottom right corner of each stations' album art, or (if you're using A-Z sorting) to the right of the station name. Premium listeners can navigate more easily when customizing the shuffle experience, by sorting the stations by Recent (date added), A-Z (alphabetical) or Time Listened using the caret on the far right of your screen. Customizing Shuffle stations on mobile: Go to My Collection. Pandora Premium subscribers will need to filter My Collection further by Stations. Then tap the Pencil to the right of Shuffle stations. There, you can select or deselect which stations you'd like to appear in your Shuffle by Station or Genre. Tap Save on the top right corner of your screen when done. Happy shuffling! 🎶

@age52 You should still be able to shuffle your stations on your dekstop. I'd be happy to help offer some tips on how to shuffle your stations. Shuffling from the Now Playing screen: Free ad-supported or Plus listeners can find the option to shuffle your stations above the station list. Shuffling from the My Collection page: Free ad-supported or Plus listeners will first sort the collection by Stations and then select Shuffle Stations. Premium listeners can go to My Collection, and sort the collection by Stations and select Shuffle Stations. All tiers can switch between Shuffle All and a custom shuffle: just click the carat (down arrow) on the Shuffle On icon and choose either Shuffle All or Custom. Customizing Shuffle Stations: Stations with a blue shuffle icon will be included in the Shuffle rotation. Clicking on that icon will remove that station from your shuffle rotation. You can customize the station included in your shuffle selection by: Hovering over the Shuffle On icon which will appear on the Now Playing screen which will reveal a pencil icon. Clicking the pencil icon will bring you to the My Collection page.
